UBCAA Liberia Program Office Explores Partnership Opportunities with ForumCiv Liberia
Gbarnga, Bong County – The Liberia Program Office of the United Bong County Association in the Americas (UBCAA) has taken another step toward strengthening development partnerships by engaging ForumCiv Liberia in discussions aimed at fostering institutional growth and community development.
The meeting, held on Thursday, June 18, brought together the UBCAA Liberia Program Team, led by Country Director Miss Margaret S. Weah, and Mr. Melvin S. Gertee, Chief of Operations and Strategic Planning. The delegation met with Mr. Assa David Chon, Country Director of ForumCiv Liberia, at the organization’s country office in Gbarnga, Bong County.
Discussions focused on potential areas of collaboration, including capacity building, institutional development, and other initiatives designed to promote sustainable development and empower communities. Both organizations exchanged ideas on how a future partnership could enhance their efforts to improve the lives of citizens through effective development programs.
At the end of the meeting, both parties expressed optimism about building a strong working relationship and reaffirmed their commitment to exploring opportunities that support their shared vision of community empowerment and institutional strengthening.
The UBCAA Liberia Program Team emphasized that forming strategic partnerships remains a key priority in advancing community development initiatives and improving service delivery across Liberia. Additional engagements with development partners are expected in the coming weeks as the organization continues to expand its network of collaboration.
