Leo Mulbah Foundation to Launch a Week-Long WASSCE Educational Support Initiative for Over 400 Students in Montserrado District #1 on Tuesday, May 26
MONROVIA, LIBERIA – The Leo Mulbah Foundation Inc. has announced the launch of a week-long WASSCE Educational Support Initiative aimed at supporting over 400 students in District #1, Montserrado County, ahead of the 2026 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).
According to the Foundation, the initiative will officially begin on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, with the distribution of essential educational materials to students preparing to sit this year’s national examination.
The support package will include pens, pencils, erasers, and sharpeners—materials intended to help students adequately prepare for their examinations and improve their learning experience during this important academic period.
According to the leadership of the Foundation, the initiative forms part of its continued commitment to promoting education, academic excellence, and community development through practical humanitarian support. The Foundation noted that education remains one of the strongest tools for empowering young people and helping communities grow.
“This initiative is designed to encourage, support, and empower students as they prepare for their WASSCE examinations,” the Foundation stated. “We strongly believe that every child deserves access to the tools and support necessary to learn effectively, succeed academically, and build a brighter future.”
The Leo Mulbah Foundation Inc. also emphasized that the initiative reflects its vision of investing in the future of Liberia’s young people by creating opportunities that strengthen education and inspire hope.
More than 400 students across District #1 in Montserrado County are expected to benefit from the exercise.
