The event, themed “Discover What Lies Beneath: Advanced Mineral Finding Technology,” is scheduled for Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. at the Bella Casa Hotel in Sinkor, Monrovia.
According to the organizers, the exhibition will serve as a platform for stakeholders to explore cutting-edge technologies that are transforming mineral exploration worldwide. Government officials, mining companies, investors, environmental specialists, academics, development partners, and members of the public are expected to participate.
The event will showcase advanced mineral detection and exploration tools designed to improve the speed, accuracy, and efficiency of resource discovery while reducing environmental impacts. Organizers noted that Liberia’s vast deposits of gold, iron ore, diamonds, rare earth elements, and other valuable minerals position the country for significant economic growth and job creation. They emphasized that adopting modern exploration technologies could enhance investor confidence, improve resource assessment, and support informed decision-making across the sector.
GeoMining & Environmental Consultancy said it remains committed to advancing sustainable resource development through technological innovation, environmental stewardship, technical excellence, and strategic partnerships.
The company has encouraged stakeholders from government institutions, the private sector, academia, civil society organizations, and the investment community to attend what it described as an important national forum on the future of Liberia’s mineral industry.
The exhibition comes at a time when Liberia continues efforts to maximize the benefits of its natural resources while promoting sustainable development and attracting responsible investment to the mining sector.
